Include the shop domain, affected product or variant, expected behavior, actual behavior, screenshots, timestamps, and any steps that reproduce the issue. Reports with clear reproduction details are resolved faster.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis for the published app. No guaranteed service-level agreement applies unless separately agreed in writing.

Before contacting support

Check that the app is installed, billing is approved, checkout validation is created, and the storefront block or embed is enabled where needed. Most initial setup issues come from one of those steps.
